We have been honoured by Mr. Kırdar, the one and only member of the Eisenhower Fellowship who has been awarded with “The Distinguished Alumnus Award,” on account of our arrayed program of Mr. Train’s visit to Gaziantep. Mr. Kırdar received this significant award from Colin Powell at a special reception in the USA.
